All of our products are made in the USA (screens & awnings in Sarasota, FL / pergolas in Indianapolis / heaters in Gardena, CA). We use high grade powder coated aluminum for all hardware (no rusting ever). Our screen materials are an acrylic yarn/polyester weave made in Tuscaloosa, AL. And our awning fabrics are Sunbrella fabrics made in Anderson SC.
We are not general contractors, so we don’t build/remodel patios per se. We can work alongside contractors to provide an amazing outdoor space that includes our products (screens, awnings, pergolas, heaters). Typically our installs last 1-5 days and our current production lead times are 4-5 weeks.

We are not general contractors, so we do not design you a new patio per se. However our outdoor experts can assist you in creating a fantastic outdoor design alongside your GC that can feature things like fire pits, seating, TV placement, etc.
Yes, Custom Patio Solutions offers only premium American-made products and ALL of our products are backed by industry-leading warranties. Screens, pergolas, and awnings all have 10 year warranties while infrared heaters have 3 year warranties.

We have 2 levels of motorized screens: Classic Screens and Protector Screens. The Classic Screen is rated for up to 40MPH wind gusts, making them a great option to be down while you’re outside. The Protector Screen is adapted from the patented Defender Hurricane Screen by Magnatrack and is rated for up to 100MPH wind gusts, so you can leave it down all the time (ideal for lake homes or especially windy areas). Both models of screens can block all wind/rain and are bug-tight.
The default option for motorized screens is a remote control or wall switch. Smart automation via smart phone or smart device is available for added convenience. All of our products are also compatible with home automation systems like Control4, Crestron, Savant, etc.
Our motorized screens are custom and come in any size between 3ft-30ft wide. They can also be up to 20ft tall but any screens over 126in tall will have a horizontal seam running across at 126in high.
We only offer 120V motors for controlling our screens. So if there is no power the screens will stay stationary. There are too many issues that arise from manual-operated screens at these sizes.
